The D-League MVP is an all-around athletic talent who seems to get better with each season. Averaged 22.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game.

2. Randy Livingston, 6-4, G, Idaho Stampede (D-League)
Former D-League MVP is a classy minor-league veteran who has made winning the top priority. Averaged 16.5 points and 10.5 assists per game.

3. Daryan Selvy, 6-6, F, Oklahoma Cavalry (CBA)
CBA player of the year is a scorer in truest sense,
lifting Cavs to CBA championship. Averaged
21.7 points and 1.7 steals per game, shooting
50 percent from field.

4. Josh Pace, 6-4, G, East Kentucky Miners (CBA)
CBA’s leading scorer (23.0 ppg) who finds ways to get open and knock down shots. Will get a workout with the Golden State Warriors this summer.

5. Anthony Anderson, 5-11, G, Manchester Millrats (ABA)
Was the Allen Iverson of the ABA, displaying tons of heart and even more scoring ability. Remarkably swift with an ultra-quick release on his jumper.

6. Eddie Gill, 6-1, G, Colorado 14ers (D-League)
Smart, crafty point guard who is still on the brink of the NBA. Averaged 18.0 points and 8.0 assists per game.

7. Ronnie Fields, 6-4, G, Minot Skyrockets (CBA)
Class act who plays with tons of passion and intelligence. Averaged 21.1 points per game in lifting team to CBA finals, and led league in steals (2.7 spg).

8. Sun Yue, 6-9, G, Beijing Aoshen (ABA)
Lakers draft pick is tallest point guard in minor league history, and is making progress toward a career in NBA. Can lead the offense and get to the rim.

9. Sean Banks, 6-8, F, Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League)
Wiry and athletic with loads of mental toughness. Averaged 21.7 points on 45 percent shooting from the field.

10. Ian Mahinmi, 6-9, C, Austin Toros (D-League)
The Frenchman and Spurs draft pick and showed a nice touch by shooting nearly 62 percent from the floor. Averaged 17.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.

11. James "Boo" Jackson, 6-9, F, East Kentucky Miners (CBA)
Force underneath who averaged 21.4 points and 10.3 rebounds. Shot 53 percent from field.

12. Kaniel Dickens, 6-8, F, Colorado 14ers (D-League)
Well-rounded and while not overly flashy, does all he little things well. Tallied 19.2 points per game and shot 80 percent from the free-throw line.

13. Issa Konare, 6-8, F, Vermont Frost Heaves (ABA)
Senegal native is powerful and strong around the rim, particularly when it comes to blocking shots. Not bad on offense either (15.8 ppg).

14. Mario Kinsey, 6-2, G, Texas Tycoons (ABA)
Can get to the basket, hit the mid-range shot or score from way outside. Strong, heady guard.

15. Lamond Murray, 6-7, F, Los Angeles Lightning (IBL)
The former lottery pick and 11-year NBA veteran tallied 28 points and 12 rebounds in the Lightning’s opener.

16. Andre Barrett, 5-11, G, Austin Toros (D-League)
Cat-quick floor leader shot a remarkable 93 percent from the free-throw line. Averaged 18.9 points and 8.8 assists per game.

17. Eric Crookshank, 6-7, F, Halifax Rainmen (ABA)
Extremely athletic and gets to the basket with ease. Reminds some of Toronto's Jamario Moon. Averaged 20.5 points and shot 58 percent from field.

18. Desmond Ferguson, 6-7, G, Yakama Sun Kings (CBA)
Good shooter who hit 44 percent of 3-point attempts on his way to scoring 18.5 points per game. Also hit 82 percent of free throws.

19. Rod Benson, C, Dakota Wizards (D-League)
Not much of a scorer (13.6 points per game) but will block shots and battle inside. Has potential as an NBA energy man.

20. Moochie Norris, 6-1, G, Yakama Sun Kings (CBA)
Former NBA guard can score regularly, but spent most of season setting up teammates. Led league with 8.9 assists per game.
